How do I register as a candidate with prosperIS?
You can create your own account using the ‘Candidate Registration’
link from the left hand column, or click here
to register now. You can also register and edit your CV with prosperIS
using the ‘Post/Edit CV’ link. You can create your account
using the "Registration" link from the Navigation.
What will happen with my CV once it has been registered with prosperIS?
Once registered, your CV will be stored on our database and considered
for roles with our customers as they arise. Your CV will not be amended
or submitted to our customers unless prior authorisation is gained for
such actions by you as a candidate. Your CV will be treated with the utmost
privacy with no details to be shared with 3rd parties unless agreed by
you as the candidate (see also our ‘Privacy
Policy’).
What obligations do I have to prosperIS once I have registered
my CV?
There will be no obligation to prosperIS once you are registered as a
candidate. You are free to pursue alternative avenues to find your next
opportunity/job.
Are there any rules about the layout and content of my CV?
There are no steadfast rules for CV layout and content but we would offer
the following general advice:

Try to keep the CV succinct and relevant – outline the primary
skills and responsibilities. Even if you have many years experience,
CV’s longer than this will often be disregarded by our customers. |

Though many sectors are inter-changeable, we would advise the following
order of content: NAME/PERSONAL DETAILS; CAREER SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE;
EDUCATIONAL SKILLS; EMPLOYMENT HISTORY; SKILLS SUMMARY/OUTLINE; MISCELLANEOUS/LANGUAGES/HOBBIES |

Keep the layout simple – different colours, photos and tables
are often uneccessary and make the CV look too complicated or messy. |

Keep a consistent font throughout the CV. |

In Career History, give the company name, job title and a brief
outline of tasks and responsibilities. |

Explain how you personally have developed or influenced etc, rather
than how you’ve been part of a team that’s developed or
influenced. |
What is the cost of working with prosperIS to find a new job?
There is no cost to you as a candidate to use the services of prosperIS.
We will act on your behalf in trying to find suitable and challenging
roles to match your personal requirements. There are no costs for registration
or indeed should prosperIS successfully place you with one of our customers.
What can I expect from prosperIS if I do pursue a position with
one of their customers?
Firstly, you can expect a professional and efficient approach. Too many
agencies fail their candidates in terms of communication and feedback
– we will not. prosperIS are fully committed to supporting our candidates
throughout the recruitment process. We will provide full details about
the role, organisation, working environment and career prospects. We will
attain your permission before presenting your CV to any customer. We will
provide an interview pack before an interview to ensure you are fully
briefed and prepared. We will work with you throughout the offer (and
counter-offer) process and finally we will support and assess you once
working with our customers to ensure customer and candidate satisfaction.

You can retrieve anytime your password from our system, using the "Forgot

What is Job Alerts?
Whilst you are more than welcome to review the opportunities available
through prosperIS at your own convenience, by signing up to the ‘Job
Alerts’ service we will contact you when new positions arise that
closely match with your search criteria as outlined in your Candidate
Registration profile. (There are no costs to this service and you can
cancel your subscription to it if you are no longer searching).
What are the benefits of the Job Alerts function?
By being the first to hear about roles available through prosperIS which
match with your search criteria, you can gain an advantage within a competitive
marketplace as this will mean that you are the first to be contacted by
prosperIS to discuss new opportunities arising with our customers.
I would like to change my CV details, is this possible?
You can change the CV details using the "Post/Edit CV" link
from the Navigation Menu. After making the necessary amendments you can
click the Save Button to publish it. Click here

Employers
How do I register as an ‘Employer’ or ‘Customer’
with prosperIS?
You can create your own account using the ‘Employer Registration’
link from the left hand column, or click here
to register now. This is the first step towards working with prosperIS
Recruitment and registering your jobs and opportunities with us.
Is there a registration fee involved in registering with prosperIS?
No. By registering as an Employer or Customer through this website, you
are not obligated to accept candidates through prosperIS. Essentially
registering with prosperIS is free of charge and fees will only be charged
if we successfully find suitable candidates for your roles and that person
starts working with your organisation. Essentially we operate a ‘no
win, no fee’ service.
What factors may have an affect on the fees and services offered?
There are various factors that may affect the fees and services
offered, some of which are outlined below:

Working on an exclusivity basis – should you agree to a period
of exclusivity before releasing positions to other agencies (5-10
working days would be usual) we can offer reductions in the costs
and fees of our service. |

Bulk business – quite simply, should a customer frequently
search for additional staff, prosperIS can offer reduced costs and
fees should we know that we will have access to these positions.
(both situations above mean that we can better plan and organize resources
by understanding the relative opportunity for a successful outcome) |

Level of role/seniority – for certain positions, we feel that
we can find suitable candidates easier. Should we believe that the
search for suitable candidates will be less difficult, prosperIS will
be able to offer lower fees. |
What is the cost of working with prosperIS to find suitable
candidates for opportunities through prosperIS?
The cost of our service is highly competitive comparable to our competition
in the market. The general terms and conditions of our service are outlined
in the ‘Terms’ section of this website, with the exact fees
negotiable dependent upon the positions available within your organisation
and the scarcity or otherwise of those persons and the required skills
in the market. Please contact us to discuss and negotiate suitable terms
of business.
If I register a position with prosperIS, how quickly can I expect
to receive suitable profiles/CV’s?
Our expectation would be to present suitable candidates within 2-3 working
days from receiving the organisation. Clearly should the role be more
niche in its nature then this may not be possible, but this would be the
service level expected normally.
If I register a position with prosperIS, how many CV’s
can I expect to receive?
prosperIS firmly believe that agencies should understand the needs of
an organisation and not merely forward any CV’s that seem a close
match. Having spoken with the candidates to understand and assess their
match to the required skills, we will select only 2-3 CV’s to be
presented to our customers. The only exception would be if a customer
specifically requests more CV’s for the purpose of comparison.
What are the major benefits of working with prosperIS and registering
as a customer on our website?
The major benefits of our service and of registering on our website are:
