Are you used to discussing User Experience, customer Stories and Digital best practices daily? If so, read on - this is a fantastic opportunity for a client-facing Digital Account Manager who has experience within a digital/eCommerce environment. You'll be working with major blue-chip clients; monitoring project progress whilst developing long-term relationships. 

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager for one of the South-West's most successful and friendliest eCommerce/digital agencies. This could suit a professional Account, Project Manager or Client Manager looking for a new role.

Role: Client/Account Manager 
Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in the South-West for collaboration) 
Salary: to £50k p.a. plus benefits 

Acting as that all-important 'bridge' between in-house experts and external clients, you'll be understanding clients' problems and helping to create leading eCommerce solutions that meet their needs. You'll be Digitally savvy, have experience with the Magento2 platform and certainly be technical in nature but above all you'll need to demonstrate excellent communication and project coordination skills - in a  Digital/eCommerce environment.

This is NOT a sales role but you'll be expected to help craft outstanding digital solutions that enable your clients to sell more online. Candidates are expected to offer Digital Agency-side and Magento experience.

This is for a leading Digital Agency in Devon. Naturally, candidates based locally would be preferred (office/hybrid working) but of more importance is the candidate's motivation and skill sets so applications from candidates in the South-West would be considered (remote working).
