prosperIS are looking for an Administrative Support Assistant to provide all-around business support on a day-to-day basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing company - supporting the owner in many areas of the business. This could be marketing, sales, reporting, and customer service.

Role: Administrative Support Assistant 
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: £30-£35k p.a. depending upon experience 

This role could suit an articulate, ambitious administrator able to demonstrate interpersonal excellence and excellent attention to detail. This is a varied role, you will work with the main shareholder of the business on day-to-day business administration, which could include customer service, business reporting, order processing, branding, operations, or account handling. 

To be considered for this administrative support role we are looking for demonstrable experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant with some knowledge of office management systems and procedures. We seek proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products and excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work. You will show good attention to detail and problem-solving skills with ​​​​​​excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task. An ability to pick things up quickly in a digital/software-driven role and an interest in health and well-being to align with our client's brand values will help. 

Inventory Management experience, marketing knowledge, and Amazon administrative experience (reporting, day-to-day admin management for selling on Amazon) will be a plus, as would website administration experience (managing product ranges, images, set up and managing plug-ins, responding to chat, and creating new product pages). 

This is a great role - you might be an experienced, hands-on business administrator looking for a new role or a business graduate looking for a business role to start their career.

This role is based in Southern Oxfordshire and is commutable from Oxford, Didcot, Faringdon, Abingdon, and many areas of Oxfordshire. Remote working might be possible for one or two days a week.

This is a full-time, permanent role and due to the nature of the team-orientated environment, it is likely to be an office-based role for the first six months.
