A creative, commercially minded Copywriter, ideally with a Digital Marketing or eCommerce background is sought by one of the North East's most successful eCommerce companies. You'll be a Copywriter who is bright and can demonstrate solid commercial acumen within a digital context.
Role: eCommerce Content Copywriter
Location: Durham - remote working possible for part of the week
Salary: £25k - £30k p.a.
You will be an enthusiastic Copywriter with an eye for detail and demonstrating new ways of thinking by keeping pace with the evolving digital media marketplace and combining best practices with a continual drive for innovation.
You will take responsibility for Digital content in an eCommerce Context and assist with the company’s Digital Marketing activities.

Content Creation (product placement/detailing in a digital, eCommerce environment)

Content creation for Social Media

Ability to "tell stories" and engage audiences - web, social media, mailshots, whitepapers, product placement, etc....

Appreciation of SEO and what drives excellent SEO results

Basic understanding of email marketing

Ability to adapt the marketing message, communication, and style to response to different markets

Ideally some experience of what makes a great UX online

Some understanding of Data Analytics (perhaps Google Analytics and Google Adwords)
It could be that you are able to offer some Digital Marketing agency experience in combination with solid eCommerce credentials.
