This is a great opportunity to join a growing eCommerce company in a key customer service role. 

Role: Customer Service Specialist 
Salary: £21k - £23k p.a. plus benefits 
Location: Hampshire 
Hours: 8am - 5pm (40 hours per week)

You will work as part of a Customer service team in a busy eCommerce environment. Key responsibilities will be to prioritise and process customers' orders and requests as well as investigating and resolving customers' queries and complaints. You'll also perform some general administrative duties such as checking on stock, arranging deliveries, collections and working as part of a team to provide a great service to customers. 

We seek a confident individual who can speak to customers in a friendly and articulate manner. You'll need to demonstrate that you are well-organised and can demonstrate strong attention to detail in combination with the ability to work under the minimum of supervision. Sales experience might help.  

This could suit a recent Graduate or a candidate who can demonstrate in excess of 12months recent experience in a customer-facing support or service role.
