An experienced Design Manager is sought for a great opportunity in South Devon. Your role will be to support a Head of Design within a software group that is really going places. You'll be leading a team of Seven Graphic and Web Designers.
Your day-to-day duties will include;
- Understanding the direction and requirements of various Design projects
- Manage deadlines, set design deliverables and critique Design work produced by your team
- Manage the team's visibility, goals, projects and process tools
- Work within the team to produce exceptional Design; setting and exceeding best practice and deliverables
To be considered for the Design Manager role you will need the following experience;
- Solid product and/or web design experience
- c12 months team leading, managerial or mentorship experience within a Design or Studio environment
- Web, Mobile and Graphic Design experience
- First-class Adobe CS product knowledge
- First-class portfolio of existing work examples
- Demonstrate first-class verbal and written skills.
