We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join a busy marketing team. You'll take responsibility for digital performance for a well-thought-of group within the charitable sector. You will be strategic and analytical in nature and be able to find solutions to problems to ensure maximum return on Digital spending.  

This is predominantly a hybrid or remote working role but you must be based within commuting distance of Bristol. Salary is £41k p.a. with a long benefits list (detailed below), and working hours are 35 hours per week with flexibility.
 

Your main responsibilities will be as follows…
 

  • Driving digital excellence through great content and effective SEO

  • Increase traffic, reach and performance of websites

  • Manage a small digital team 

  • Analyse business-wide digital analytics and behavioural reporting for stakeholders (i.e. customer segmentation models, historical analysis, demographics etc….) 

  • Drive continuous optimisation of digital performance  

  • Delivering excellent digital marketing campaigns (PPC, Search, Display, Video) to reflect the company's strategy

  • Producing regular campaign dashboards and reports that enable stakeholders to understand the real-time performance of digital campaigns
     

We seek a bright, articulate individual who is commercially savvy and can offer demonstrable experience/knowledge of the following…
 

  • Strong analytical skills coupled with project management and planning skills

  • Substantial knowledge in CRM segmentation, campaign management, SEO, interactive marketing, database marketing, and email marketing.

  • Experience in creating PPC, Social Media and display advertising campaigns 

  • Using Google Analytics to provide actionable insights

  • High level of technical literacy; quickly learning new technologies

  • CRM software experience

  • Ability to demonstrate excellent ROI results when engaged in similar roles previously

  • Ability to manage/lead a small digital marketing team. 

  • Candidates will be expected to offer a professional qualification in Marketing (i.e. CIM certification or equivalent) and Google Certifications (Google Analytics, Adwords etc...)

This is a full-time, permanent role. Although the role could be hybrid or remote based, the successful candidate must be based within commuting distance of Bristol for team meetings and collaboration. We believe this role could be commutable from most parts of Bristol and the surrounding area including Chepstow, Newport, Portishead, Yate, Stroud and Bath.
