System Trainer / IT Trainer / Software Trainer
Join our award-winning Cardiff-based customer, offering a flexible hybrid working solution (2 days per week in the office). Minimal travel is required as training is primarily conducted remotely.
This is an opportunity to join an award-winning company with a range of products being utilised by organisations globally. Reporting directly to the Directors, the System Trainer will be responsible for training new and existing clients in new functionalities and solutions, as well as ensuring that all documentation including user guides, training videos and other literature, are kept fully up to date.
To make your working week as exciting as possible, we believe that you would be responsible for some of the tasks and responsibilities below:
*you'll be responsible for understanding the solution fully in order to:
- Achieve training outcomes and demonstrate system usage to clients.
- Deliver customised online and in-person training sessions.
- Create and update engaging training materials.
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the product lifecycle.
- Become a recognised expert in system configuration and application.
- Drive continuous improvement and facilitate adoption of upgrades.
- Ensure user guides and training videos are current and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with Management and Marketing teams to optimise resources.
- Assist the team with support and guidance on functionality matters.
To prove successful within this exciting opportunity, we anticipate that you will have some of the following experience and knowledge:
- Quick learner in a highly configurable software application.
- Proven experience in training on software applications or complex systems.
- Adapting training to address client needs and anticipate challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information effectively.
- Proficient in creating user documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills via video, phone, and email.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Advanced knowledge of Office 365 and web-based applications.
- Familiarity with recording and video editing software.
