Due to our customer's ongoing successes and growth, we are currently searching for a passionate Junior Mobile Developer to join their expanding team. Working as part of a growing Development team within our customer, you'll be tasked with building market-leading Cloud and Mobile applications that scale effortlessly. Our customer delivers unmatched versatility, performance, scalability and financial value across cloud, on premises, hybrid, distributed cloud and edge commuting deployments.
For this exceptional opportunity, we'd love the opportunity to speak with passionate Developers with some of the following experience and knowledge:
*experienced in Software Development with two of the popular languages used in mobile development, namely Swift, Kotlin, Dart, C# or JavaScript.
*experience of building mobile applications in one of the popular mobile frameworks, such as SwiftUI, UIKit, Android Activities/Fragments, Jetpack Compose, Xamarin, .NET Maui, Flutter or React Native.
*a degree in Computer Science (or related field / commensurate experience).
*have an understanding of mobile architecture and software design patterns (Repository, MVVM, MVI, Bloc).
*basic knowledge of source control (Git) and GitHub.
*knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and an understanding of API / Web Services.
*experience of writing Unit, Integration and Functional tests, using platform-specific frameworks.
Other experience and knowledge which could prove valuable to the business would be:
*mobile cross-platform development experience.
*complete software development lifecycle (SDLC) to include design, coding, code reviews, unit tests, and documentation using Scrum Agile process.
*basic knowledge of C programming language.
*some knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases and Database as a Service / DBaaS hosted on Cloud environments.
*understanding of basic DevOps principles and automation using GitHub.
*good understanding of software security considerations, both at development and runtime – SAML, OAuth, OpenId, PKI and encryption, especially in a Cloud environment.
