Role: Junior Web Developer
Location: Exeter
Salary: £18k-£21k p.a. plus a fantastic benefits list
Although this is not a design role, you will be working alongside designers and your responsibilities will be to use the Adobe Creative Suite to turn designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect, responsive websites. An eye for detail and a desire for the highest standards is essential. Experience with WordPress, E-Commerce platforms and CMS systems would be a big plus.
You must have a strong, demonstrable understanding of up-to-date front-end development skills including:
- Building pixel-perfect, responsive websites
- CSS and responsive frameworks such as Bootstrap
- HTML5
- JavaScript/jQuery
- PHP
We also seek someone who can demonstrate a real enthusiasm for code and constantly exploring new ways of doing things, show high standards and an eye for detail with excellent organisational and time-management skills. We also seek an ability to work equally well on your own and as part of a team.
You might be a Graduate (in a relevant subject area) with an already impressive list of Portfolio websites or a Junior Developer with around 12-18 months commercial experience under your belt.
