Based in Somerset, this is a brand new role for one of our favourite clients. This is a well-established but agile and progressive company who is looking for a Marketing Manager with passion, flair and the ability to coordinate Marketing activities. You will be leading a small team, helping to define and implement a marketing strategy which will encompass traditional and digital marketing activities.

Salary: Depending upon experience - £25k - £40k

- Ability to help define and implement a Marketing Strategy
- Brand Marketing experience – leading and influencing the way the brands appeal to customers
- Ability to monitor the effectiveness of marketing plans and act accordingly
- Commercial mindset and a ‘head for business’
- Ability to optimise and modernize traditional marketing methods
- Digital Marketing skills and experience
- Ability to read and interpret Data
- Ability to mentor, guide or manage a small marketing team - this consists of a graphic designer, content writer, photographer/videographer and outsourced web development/web design partners.
Additional skills centred around the ability to present or manage the brands’ presence at trade shows or exhibitions, content creation and management, eCommerce, PR, competitor analysis and client-facing attributes will help move your CV to the top of the 'hypothetical' pile.
It is very likely you will be able to offer some Digital Marketing agency experience.
