Outbound Telephone based Sales role for a leading company in Exeter

A New Business Development Executive is sought for a new role in Exeter. Working for a stable, market-leading IT group, your role will be to manage a designated list of contacts and build a first-class Sales pipeline. A first-class telephone manner and Telesales experience are needed.

Role: Business Development Executive 
Salary: £21.5k base (£30k OTE)
Location: Exeter  

This a telephone-based role - you will be selling technical based B2B IT solutions for a great company with a first-class reputation. Full training in the technical side of the products shall be provided but we will be seeking candidates with some previous telesales experience. Some knowledge of CRM management will help - as will solid IT skills.

Above all, you'll need to be well-organised and able to develop relationships with ease. First-class communication skills and a positive attitude will be key.

This is not a role within a massive call centre that uses auto dialling to cram as many calls as possible - this group go for quality over quantity in its Telesales approach.

Hours of work are 8.30 am - 5 pm (37.5-hour working week) - this is a full-time permanent role based in Exeter.
