If you're searching for a remote-working position, then this could well be the right role for you. Whilst the expectation is for the team to be working in a remote capacity, the team feel that it would be great if those joining the might be comfortable with joining social gatherings / get togethers once or twice a month in either Bristol or Cardiff.

We’re looking for someone to join a growing team, someone who wants to get stuck in and help take them to the next level by producing industry-leading back-end systems and integrations.

To make your working week as enjoyable and productive as possible, it’d be great to find someone with a passion for delivering exceptional products and solutions,  as well as experience with some of the following:
*proven background in Website Development, Software Engineering or similar roles.
*good understanding of the WordPress and how modifications can be achieved in the most effective way.
*problem solver,  who is comfortable finding solutions to technical challenges on a regular basis.
*commercial understanding of scoping and costing projects.
*ability to self-manage your time and workload,  working with Project Managers and Stakeholders to provide data and feedback of your work and ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget.
*experience working with version control.
*able to maintain social connection and good communications,  even in a virtual environment.
*comfortable coaching and encouraging Junior Developers,  as well as taking a lead role within projects.
