Are you a Middleweight or Senior PHP Web Developer with a skills-set centred around OOP PHP and MySQL? This could be the role for you. You'll be building robust eCommerce PHP Web Solutions on a number of different projects. You'll have a PHP Web Development background with ideally an eCommerce edge to your skills-set. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team and develop and grow your skills-set. Salary is to £30k-£35k p.a. but we might look higher for great candidates.
We seek a Web Developer; core responsibilities will be to develop and maintain websites and APIs. Some experience of working on e-commerce systems, using REST based services and OOP methodologies will help. You will be skilled in PHP and MySQL development with additional exposure to HTML, CSS, Javascript etc... (although this is not a front-end development role). Experience of working with Social Media (Facebook & Twitter API's) will help. Proficiency with Windows, Mac, or Linux/Unix. Knowledge of more than one platform is preferable
This could suit a mid-weight or senior level candidate looking to move into a more senior role or a candidate with a couple of years commercial web development experience under his or her belt. Creative agency experience is preferred but is not required.
Above all, you'll need a good knowledge of PHP and web database applications and analytical programming techniques.
What you will also need to demonstrate are the right attitude and good communication skills.
