Covering Bristol and South West - develop revenue streams within digital, envelope, print and POS Marketing Solutions

This is a Senior Business Development Manager role covering the South-West. The role is centred around managing and developing revenue streams by upselling/cross-selling and presenting new solutions to potential customers.

Role: Senior Business Development Manager
Location: South-West – ideally close to Bristol but some flexibility on this
Base Salary: £35-40k p.a.

This is a varied role but your key responsibilities shall be as follows;

  • Explore opportunities within the digital, multi-channel, envelope, print, and POS marketing solutions industries - ensuring new and improved income streams
  • Attend networking events, breakfast meetings, exhibitions, conferences, etc to develop new relationships and raise the group’s profile and brand, its vision, and USP within the Creative Sector.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers throughout the UK.
  • Provide monthly Sales reports on all business activity

As this is a Sales role, we’d expect you to be able to offer a friendly and professional communication style and the ability to build upon and improve customer relationships. Experience in query management and objection handling will be needed.

Of course, you’ll be used to working to targets in a commercial or eCommerce sales role and you’ll have the passion to continuously search for new ways to delight your customers.

Experience and demonstrable results within a Creative Sales role – ideally in the Print, publishing or eCommerce industry, is expected.
