Within this unique and exciting new opportunity for a Senior Solutions Developer (Data), you will have the opportunity to work within a friendly, hard-working and growing Data Science team, within the broader Digital Solutions business. This is comprised of a broad range of individuals from varying backgrounds, who together work on diverse projects including Data Engineering, Data Science, Detailed Analytical and Statistical Modelling, Front-End Application Development, as well as innovation in areas from Machine Vision to Big Data Processing, using Cloud services and beyond.
Your future employer is looking for a Senior Solutions Developer who will report to the Technology Lead for Data Analytics and will work both independently and as part of a team. The Senior Solutions Developer will work successfully alongside our customer's Engineers to deliver domain specific solutions. They are looking for someone who is able to quickly grasp the fundamental capabilities of the Digital Solutions business (Application Development, Data Science, Big Data, Cloud Services) and have a passion for problem solving in this space. If you are able to identify a problem to be solved and formulate a solution with a desire to deliver commercial success, then this would be a fantastic opportunity for you.
In addition to working on Digital Solutions owned projects, the role will involve working on projects in other areas of the business; especially those where they are launching or developing solutions or analytics. You will utilise your broad skillset to deliver value to the business through development of effective solutions. If a solution requires a skill that is not in your repertoire, then we hope that you’ll be hungry to rapidly upskill and deliver.
