* Home-Based:  this role will predominantly be carried out virtually, with perhaps some travel required from time to time and collaborative teamwork. The work will be home-based, facilitated by the provision of a company laptop and mobile phone. *

Within this exciting opportunity as a Training & Consultancy Manager, you’ll work collaboratively with the Commercial Director to lead a team of Trainers,  Coaches and Consultants,  who themselves are tasked with steering a culture change to eradicate stereotypical thinking and behaviours,  as well as to engender wellbeing.

We hope that the successful candidate will join a talented team of individuals, where they will be responsible for:
*managing a team of Trainers, Coaches and Consultants.
*the ongoing management of Training and Consultancy schedules across the organisation.
*monitoring capacity and workload management for the Training and Consultancy team.
*overseeing and signing off the design, development, delivery and coordination of materials for all commercial activity.
*working closely with the Commercial Director to support defining the strategic focus of product development and ongoing service model.
*managing short-term associate contracts where required,  to provide additional delivery resource.
*working closely with all teams to utilise resource and skillset and to produce ground-breaking content, overseeing and maintaining standards of delivery,  including ensuring detailed session plans or briefs are provided.
*the quality, design and delivery of learning and development programmes, both accredited and non-accredited, working with the Training & Qualification Lead where required, on standardisation.
*carrying out regular team meetings for standardisation and familiarisation with the content.

We anticipate that the successful Training & Consultancy Manager will have strong experience within the following areas:
*a Leadership and Management Qualification at Level 5 or above,  with demonstrable experience of working at that level (applicants who are currently studying and close to completing their qualification will also be considered).
*experience of leading a team, managing team workloads,  capacity and staff wellbeing.
*experience of managing and developing delivery schedules for a busy team.
*the ability to demonstrate a commercial mindset when developing and delivering training and consultancy.
*familiar with overseeing standardisation and familiarisation meetings to support continuous development of the team.
*have practical experience of implementing and developing leadership training and / or supporting organisational change, whilst demonstrating equality, diversity and inclusion best practice is desirable.
*a strong communicator with demonstrable ability to communicate at all levels (including Board and Senior Management). Have well-developed diplomacy, coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to gain credibility and build effective relationships quickly at all levels.
*have proven experience of delivering Leadership courses / programmes.
*experience of HR practice and procedures desirable.

It would also be desirable for the Training & Consultancy Manager to hold professional membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
