Provide a first-class service in a client-facing eCommerce role

This is a great opportunity to join a family-run eCommerce group in a Customer Service Specialist role. The key responsibility is to delight customers with excellent service in a professional and organised manner.

Role: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Somerset
Salary: Guide Salary of c£25k p.a.

As part of a friendly, client-facing eCommerce customer service team you will prioritise customers’ orders and queries, communicating with customers, checking stock availability and pricing in combination with providing administrative support, and approving credits and replacements where appropriate.

You’ll also be working as part of a sales team to drive positive company sales results by managing your customer base, upselling where possible, and using reports to ensure spend level is maintained.

This is a varied role and you’ll have the opportunity to liaise with all areas of the business and a varied base of established customers.

We seek a candidate who can offer interpersonal excellence and first-class attention to detail. You’ll need to be able to work well under pressure and as part of a team.

We also seek solid IT skills – Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word primarily. You’ll need to demonstrate some tangible skills and experience in a customer service role.

Our Client is an International company and we are recruiting for a couple of similar roles – the ability to speak German would be a huge advantage for one of the positions. This is not required for all roles.
