It is very likely you will be able to offer some Digital Marketing agency experience in combination with solid eCommerce credentials. As it's a team-leading role we would also expect to see some solid team-leading attributes or experience.
Above all, you'll need to self-motivated, resourceful and demonstrate the ability to use one’s own initiative. In addition to this any technical skills around Magento2 platform, Google Tag Manager and budgetary responsibilities will help as would valid Google Certifications and Data interpretation (providing analysis and management information reports) experience.
This is an exciting role to set up and then lead a small team of junior-level Digital Marketeers for a group who are very well established and have solid financial backing.
