Responsibilities:
- Devise and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various online channels to elevate brand visibility, generate high-quality traffic, and boost conversions.
- Strategize, execute and optimise digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and actionable insights for refining marketing strategies.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including design and content, to develop engaging and compelling digital assets that align with the brand's messaging and objectives.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness, generate data-driven insights, and deliver regular reports to the management team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing, continually exploring innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure the smooth execution of digital marketing initiatives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering their growth and success within a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the Ecommerce industry.
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive valuable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and web analytics tools.
- Exceptional project management skills, including effective prioritisation, deadline management, and handling of multiple concurrent projects.
