As the Email and Loyalty Marketing Executive, can you play a key role in driving customer engagement and loyalty through targeted email campaigns and strategic loyalty marketing initiatives for a successful Ecommerce group? This is an opportunity to join a friendly, successful Marketing team - you'll be given all the tools you need to do this role including great support, training and the opportunity to learn new skills.

Role: Email and Loyalty Marketing Executive
Location: Durham, some hybrid working available 
Salary: £30k p.a. with regular reviews. 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in loyalty marketing, CRM, and E-commerce, demonstrating the ability to create and execute effective marketing strategies that enhance customer relationships and drive business growth.

Your key responsibilities will be...

- Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies to drive customer retention, engagement and conversion

- Oversee the end-to-end execution of email campaigns from creativity and design to deployment and analysis 

- Manage and optimise customer loyalty programs, identifying opportunities for growth and increased customer lifetime value

- Utilise CRM tools to segment customer data and personalise email campaigns based on customers' behaviour and preferences

- Monitor key performance metrics - providing insights and recommendations to board-level 

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in loyalty marketing, CRM and Ecommerce 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content and analytics to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns 

We seek the following skills/experience...

- Ideally educated to Bachelor's Degree level in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or a related field 

- Excellent Data Analysis skills (ideally within an E-commerce environment) - if you can make 'the numbers talk' when showing data then this could be a great opportunity for you

- B2B Email marketing and loyalty marketing experience or skills 

- Shopify experience would be a huge benefit
