Full Stack Software Developer / Software Engineer
C# / HTML / CSS / Javascript / Blazor / MVC / Web API / SQL Server

**Our customer is based in Cwmbran and whilst this would initially be an office-based role, there would be scope to within a short period to work from home as agreed if preferred, once experience of the business and their software / applications has been gained.**

An exceptional opportunity has become available for an experienced and enthusiastic Full Stack Software Developer to join a small but growing team of Developers in Cwmbran.  This exciting new opportunity will focus on the continued enhancement of the customer's product range, with a view to exploring new markets for their already successful software solutions.  We'd ideally like to find a Developer with existing customer experience and with great passion for delivering the best possible outcomes for their employer and customers.

The company has proven to be highly successful in developing exceptional software solutions that are used widely across the Manufacturing and Retail sectors.  This software is revolutionising the way production processes and formulations can be built, configured, monitored and recorded.  As a Developer within the business, you'll primarily focus on the further development of new modules and updates, working across the full breadth of the company’s software modules.

Technically,  we believe that the successful applicant might have the following technologies:
*C#
*.NET Core / Standard & Framework
*MVC
*JavaScript
*HTML / HTML5 & CSS / SCSS
*Web API, including SOAP and WCF (consumption and creation)
*SQL Server - experience of SQL, including writing efficient queries and stored procedures

Experience with some of the following could also prove beneficial:
*Blazor;  SignalR;  OPC / IIOT;  Entity Framework (EF Core);  SQL Server Reporting service (SSRS);  Excel VBA

To prove successful within this exciting opportunity, we anticipate that you'll have some of the following experience and knowledge:
*experience of development in a Microsoft environment.
*familiarity with web technologies and languages.
*an understanding of object orientation and design patterns.
*experience with source control such as SVN subversion.
*a relevant qualification in Computer Science / Software Engineering or similar, or commensurate commercial experience.
*confident and comfortable working alone,  as well as part of a team.
